This spacious home is divided into two sections: the front unit and the back unit. The front unit has 3 bedrooms, One downstairs and 2 upstairs. The back unit has 2 bedrooms, One downstairs and one upstairs. Each unit has a full bathroom downstairs and also upstairs for a total of 4 full bathrooms. Best of all, you’ll have the entire property to yourself to enjoy!

Train tracks are near our home that cuts through Medina

Lots of outdoor space to chillax and hang out! Lots of outdoor space also, Covered rear patio and Covered Porch.

✹ Stairs to the 2nd floor are steep and narrow!

✹Use the wrap around porch to go to the back unit

✹ We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own home.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, SMOKING ais not allowed inside the house (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 9PM – 7AM “Especially Outdoor”

✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

✹ Please note that security cameras are present for exterior monitoring only. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.

✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:
✔Upload a valid ID
✔Fill out the Check-in Form
✔Sign the Rental Agreement

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee

✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.

✹ Late Check-out:
Late check out request are seldomly approved due to the cleaning team is scheduled on your check out schedule at 11am.

✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

This is one of Medina city’s first houses, built in 1853, this, in all the majestic grandeur of the day, this almost 200 year old house has been modernized. with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, updated electric, mini split heat and air conditioning, and a stackable washer and dryer, not to mention the glamor of the old wrap round outdoor porch and a beautiful rear patio cover. and facing a fire pit and garden. This is the rear half of the house while the owners occupy the front half of the house. The owners are very proud of their painstaking restoration and modernization of the front space and the rear space. Right in the center of the town, this home is easily accessible to most of Medina’s population within a mile or two and 90 % of the businesses within 3 miles!
