A. 100% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date, less 3.5% of the total reservation amount to cover the processing fee.
B. 50% refund if cancelled 14 days prior to check-in date. c. No refund shall be given for any cancellations that happen within 14 days prior to check-in date.
Rates as shown are based on per night standard occupancy and are subject to Local Taxes. Availability and rates for specific dates can be viewed by clicking on the “Book Now” link. Please note that your room will be deemed as reserved once payment is received.
Check-in begins at 5:00pm, unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-out time is 11:00am. Prior to guest arrival, guests will receive a code to access their electronic door lock, in addition to directions on where to park and where your room is located. Should you need assistance during your check in process, please contact us.
Our homes are non-smoking properties. A $750.00 cleaning surcharge will be imposed to any room where guests have smoked with disregard for our policy.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. We are family-friendly and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Any quiet hour violations will result in a $100 fine per incident.
While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
While we do not sell alcohol on the premises, guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. We ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.
We offer pet free homes. We do, however, accept service animals under the following restrictions:
Guests bringing a service animal are required to inform us upon booking.
Dogs must never be left in a property alone, and are permitted on our porches and exterior areas of the home while required to remain on leash.
