Loved everything about the place. Coming back after work every day was amazing because you could sit and enjoy the lake, whether it be inside the sunroom or outside on the porch. Would highly recommend and hope to sat again in the future.

The house has a great location to everything we wanted to do. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. Had everything we needed to make meals with a view.

Really great hosts, they went out of their way to make sure the house felt like a home for my family stay there over Christmas. Super responsive hosts! The space is really cozy and overall just a good place to stay. Would definitely recommend!
Great house, well kept, very quiet neighborhood conveniently located with a GREAT backyard for the doggies. Will stay here again for sure and the hosts were great too.

Great place. Giant backyard. Clean, comfortable beds. We had a nice time.
Even with expected early November Lake Erie weather (cold, windy, occasional drizzle), the lake views were beautiful. Cozy Lakefront worked perfectly for our weekend stay to attend a funeral. It was an easy drive to all the places that we needed to be. We were even able to locate a bakery (Squire Shoppe Bakery) that had freshly made Nissua bread. A treat that is not available in our area. The house was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. When the time comes to return to Ashtabula, this will be our first choice. (Hopefully, it will be in the summer)
