Very helpful and communicative!

My family and I were completely satisfied and delighted with the house. The home was just what we needed for the 7 of us and my 9 month old niece. It was so thoughtful that a high chair and baby play pin was made available for my sister's baby. Overall, a wonderful and easy stay. We were in Cleveland visiting my father's siblings and look forward to staying at Bernie and Courtney's again in the future.

We rented the entire house (both units) and it was exactly as described, with easy check-in and clean rooms. We appreciated the mini-split AC units to ensure comfort throughout the units. The location was walkable to shops and restaurants in the city square and nearby. The host was communicative and responsive to inquiries.

Beautiful condo in a fantastic location! I had a little trouble with parking and the host graciously helped locate an ATM nearby for me in no time. We also extended our stay seamlessly. Great host, highly recommend!
