• Two comfy queen bedrooms, a twin daybed and a fold down couch should give you a good night sleep all located on the second level of the house.

• Huge driveway parking for 2-3 cars back to back. Free Street parking is also available.

• Spend good times in the garage is where the Ping-Pong table and accessories, basketball and BBQ grill are in, it can also fit 1-2 cars. More details will be sent in our house manual after booking. The property has everything you’ll need for a 5-star stay.

HOUSEKEEPING:
•There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate.
•Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
•For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
•Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the back of the house.

•For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests there is NO smoking or pets allowed inside the house.

EXTENSION REQUEST:
•When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

NOTE:
•We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.
